View to the villa and pool areaThis beautiful Villa is located in a quiet development with 24 hour security on a hill in Ban Thai in the North of the island Koh Samui. Beside the comfortable accoutrements the house offers a very big pool and fantastic views out onto the sea and the neighboring island Koh Phangan. The Villa is embedded in a well kemp, lush, tropical garden. According to the location on a slope the floors in front and the back of the house are staggered against each other half a storey. To the beach it is just a few minute by bike and small shops and restaurants are in the near vicinity.

From the parking plot in front of the villa you enter a roofed vestibule through a double winged wooden door, nicely decorated with carvings. From there a stair leads down into the garden and to the pool deck. To the right you reach the entrance of the house. Entering you come to a landing and half ways down you come into theLiving area spacious living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. A ceiling fan and an air conditioning are keeping the temperatures at a pleasant level. A flat screen TV and the stunning view are competing for your attention.
A dining table with six chairs adjoin the seating area. Big, sliding glass doors on two sides of the room allow light and air to flow through. They also give access to the balcony, furnished with comfortable chairs, surrounding the house on three sides. Next to the living-dining area is the kitchen, providing a three burner gas stove, backing oven, exhaust hood, coffee machine, food processor, microwave, sink, fridge/freezer combination, counter, wall and floor units, and pots and pans. Next to the stair leading to this area is a toilet room with a wash basin.

On the upper floor of the house are the master bedroom with a double bed, bedsideKitchen tables with lamps, a fitted wardrobe, safe, a Thai sofa/bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. The high, wood paneled ceiling and the gable window create a very special atmosphere in this room. Through big, sliding glass doors you have access to the balcony embracing the house on three sides.

A few steps up you reach the second bedroom on this split level. It is furnished with two queen sized beds which you also can join to have one very big bed. There also are a comfortable armchair, a bedside table with a lamp, an air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Through big, sliding, glass doors you have access to the balcony. A wardrobe is on the corridor leading to this bedroom.

BedroomOn the basement floor is a big bedroom, with en suite bathroom. This bedroom is only accessible from the outside via an outside stair and a roofed terrace. There is no connection inside of the house to this room to provide a maximum of privacy. Big, sliding glass doors give access to this room featuring a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The room is big enough to provide space for two Thai sofas, a big fan, and a small table. The en suite bathroom, as all bathrooms in this villa, feature two showers behind a glass shower cubicle wall, a wash basin and a toilet.

From this level you have access to the very spacious pool deck furnished with a big sofa, armchairs, table, and parasol. The large pool with a separate children’s compartment and several sun loungers invite you to take a dip or relax with a cool drink. Near the pool is a small hut and inside you find a washing machine
