The apartment houseThe Koh Samui holiday apartment Nathon 03 is located at the foot of a hill in Nathon, the capitol of the island, in the West of Koh Samui. The house is only 2.2 km from the center of the city in a very quiet housing area. In Nathon you find one of the main ferry ports as well as the fishing port, supermarkets, many restaurants, small Thai shops and a night market.

Along the beach road to Bang Por you reach a nice beach with white sand just 4 km away. Here are a lot of Thai restaurants right on the beach offering reasonably priced Thai and Western dishes

The apartment building is embedded in a well kempt, lush, tropical garden. In front of Gardenthe house are a carport and parking plots. The whole plot is walled in and secured by a sliding gate.

At the back of the building are the entrances to the apartments on the ground floor and a huge, roofed terrace. The communal pool (13x5m) with Jacuzzi, sunbeds and parasols adjoins the terrace.

On the opposite side of the pool you find the big sala with a dining table and long chairs which can be used by all guests. A big barbeque grill completes the endowment.

The apartment itself has a living space of 105 sqm and is located on the ground level Terrace in front of the apartmentwhich makes it wheel chair accessible. Through sliding glass doors you enter the open plan living- dining- kitchen area from the terrace. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a low table, a flat screen TV on a side board, a writing table with a chair and a ceiling fan.

A semi-circular arch gives way to the kitchen- dining area. In the dining area you find a table and four padded chairs. 

The European kitchen provides wall and floor units, a sink, a ceramic cook top, a baking oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, an exhaust hood, a Living area of the Koh Samui apartment - Nathon 03fridge/freezer combination, cutlery and pots and pans.

Opposite of the semi-circular arch is the entrance door to bedroom 1 with a king size bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, a wall mounted mirror, a ceiling fan, and an air conditioning. The room has sliding glass doors providing access to the terrace and a connecting door to bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 is more or less identical, but has a dresser with a mirror and an en suite bathroom.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, two wash basins, a big bath tub with built in Dining and kitchen areaJacuzzi, a toilet and an urinal. Through sliding glass doors you can access this bathroom from the terrace without having to walk through the bedroom 1
