This newly built beach front villa is located right on the Laem Sor beach in a very quiet area of Koh Samui. Restaurants and small shops are in the near vicinity, a small beach bar is close by. To big shopping centers it is a 15 minutes ride by car. The sandy beach of Laem Sor, which lays right in front of the villa, stretches for several miles along the coast of Samui and invites you not only for long walks on the beach, but also the shallow water is a good place for your kids to play in the warm and clear sea.
A complete glass front opens this very modern designed house to the private terrace with private pool and a Sala for your use only, where you can sip on a nice cocktail and enjoy the cooling breeze in the shade. In front of this is just the sparkling turquoise sea, above you just some coconut trees and the sky.
When you enter the house you find an open living-dining-kitchen area with air conditioning and a flat-TV. The fitted kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast and small meals. The dining table comforts 6 person. From this tastefully furnished, spacious room you have unobstructed sea view no matter whether you enjoy a candle-light dinner in the evening or relax on the cushy sofa.
Further into the house there are two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have air conditioning. Beside a separate toilet room, the house features a large bathroom with an outside shower.
