Our guest house "Baan Lek" (little house) for Koh Samui holiday lettings is a self contained unit with plenty of room for 2 people. Set in the quiet area of Namuang, with forested mountains as a backdrop, it is just 11 km  from Nathon, capital of the island, and 11 km from the resort town of Lamai. Beaches are numerous and are close by. Some are very quiet and may only sport 2 people, you! This will be a holiday away from the organised hustle and bustle of hotels etc, you do just as you please. Being independent also means, that the owner will be able to take you to typical Thai restaurants, and show you how to get to the various places of interest.

The house comprises of a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as a terrace for dining and relaxing. It is enclosed within a walled area with an established garden and is quite private. A sala is also available for your use.

There is a kidney shaped swimming pool which is approximately 9 meters x 4 meters and is just 1.2 meters deep. Loungers are supplied.

The unit consists of a bedroom with air con, 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen, a dining/living room with table and chairs and a small suite. A TV (DVDs only) and a DVD player are provided, numerous DVDs are also supplied.

Rental Conditions:

• Kindly note that smoking is not allowed inside the house.
• A non returnable deposit of 30% is required at point of booking
• Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
• A deposit (returnable) of 10.000 THB towards any demages incurred during your stay.
• Because of ponds and other dangerous spots for small children, kids under 5 years can not stay here

 

Included in the price:

• Transport to and from airport
• Bed linen for first week, after which maid will change bedding and charge for laundry at cost. Towels also provided.
• Maid service
• Gas (cooking)
• Drinking water
• Coffee, tea, sugar and milk will be here on your arrival.

Extra costs:

• Electric power, charged by usage, 6 THB per unit
• A full English breakfast can be supplied at extra cost.
