The apartment Santi 01 is located on the foothills of a Village in Bang Por in the north-west of the tropical island of Koh Samui. This newly built Villa offers privacy as well as a very nice garden view. Due to the location of the Villa it is just a few minutes by bike to the quiet and relatively unspoilt beaches of Bang Por which are good for swimming. Also small restaurants offering Thai and Western dishes, and small shops are nearby.
A stair leads up to the entrance of the Villa. Through a glass door you enter the open plan living-dining-kitchen area. In the spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated living area you find a big, comfortable couch, a table, sideboard and a TV. Ceiling fans generate a cooling breeze.
To the right side of the entrance is the dining area with a table and 6 chairs and the 
fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, cooker and water dispenser.
From the dining area you have access to bedroom 2 with double bed, fitted wardrobe, small furniture, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet.
All rooms on the upper level have a nice view and access to the pool and the terrace. The large pool deck invites to take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool or enjoy the view on the tips of the palm trees while you relax on a sunbed in the shade of the sala and sip on a cool drink.
From the pool deck you have access to bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe, small furniture, TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, and en suite bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet.
To the left side of the pool deck a stair leads down to the front of the house, but also 
leads to a small extra bedroom under the pool. In front of the bedroom you find a cosy, small terrace with table and chairs. Here also lies an open outside kitchen and a small bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed, sideboard, desk, small furniture, TV, fridge, fan and air conditioning.
