This lovely two bedroom apartment is embedded in a luxurious housing estate located near the Bang Por beach in the north-west of the island Koh Samui. Through a lush, well kempt garden, passing the communal pool you can walk to the sandy beach in less than two minutes. The ring road is right in front of the housing estate giving you easy access to the island and since the apartment is on the upper floor there is very little noise pollution.
A stair leads up to the apartment which you enter through a small corridor and reach the big terrace with table and four chairs. From here you have a nice view on the very well kempt garden, the surrounding Villas and you can even catch a glimpse of a sea view.
Sliding glass doors give access to the comfortably furnished open plan living-dining-kitchen area. In the living area you find a couch with a table, an armchair, a sideboard with TV and some small furniture. An air conditioner keeps you cool during the hot time of the day.
The adjoining dining area consists of a table and four chairs. Next you find the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer combination, a stove, sink, microwave, baking oven and more.
To the right of the kitchen lies bedroom 2 with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bath tub, separate shower, double washing basin and toilet.
Bedroom 1 is to the right of the living area. It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a safe, small furniture and has an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, double washing basin, toilet and separate shower.
